Amanda Kell is the Vice President of Human Resources and Compensation Consulting at NFP, an Aon company (formerly Fallon Benefits Group). She leads the Compensation and Human Resources Consulting practices, bringing over two decades of experience in a variety of industries. Amanda's expertise includes strategic planning, compensation, compliance, leadership development, and mergers and acquisitions.

Amanda believes that a Human Resources team is most effective when it acts as a strategic business partner, aligning goals to support organizational objectives. She values servant leadership and understands the importance of building strong, long-lasting relationships. Amanda gains the trust of clients, colleagues, and peers by consistently delivering exceptional work.

Amanda began her career in internal leadership roles within the financial services, healthcare, and insurance brokerage fields. After her privately held insurance brokerage firm was acquired by a large national organization, she embraced the opportunity to create the Human Resources Consulting practice for the Atlanta office, which became a key differentiator for their team. At Fallon Benefits Group, she initiated the Compensation Consulting Practice to provide comprehensive compensation consulting and support to their clients.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia Southern University and several certifications, including SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and CCP. She is also a certified facilitator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), DiSC® Workplace Profile, and the Aon ADEPT-15. Amanda stays current with HR and compensation trends by regularly attending and presenting at various seminars and conferences. She also maintains memberships with SHRM, SHRM-Atlanta, WorldatWork, and the Atlanta Area Compensation Association. She proudly serves as a member of the SHRM-Atlanta Board of Directors.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, hiking with her son and two dogs, and spending time with her friends and family.
