Paula Humber, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience across various corporate industries and as President of boutique HR Firm, &P&L Corporate Solutions. Specializing in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Compliance, and Training & Development, Paula is deeply passionate about fostering thriving workplaces and empowering employees to succeed.
In addition to her extensive professional background, Paula was an Adjunct Professor at Palm Beach State College and Florida Atlantic University. There, she brings her expertise to the classroom by teaching HR Essentials, SHRM-CP/SCP Certification Prep, and Executive Education courses in Human Resources Management, shaping the next generation of HR leaders.
