In today’s fast-paced, high-pressure workplaces, leaders are expected to deliver results, support their teams, and stay grounded themselves—all without a clear playbook. I Got You™ offers a practical, deeply human approach to leadership that meets people where they are.
This engaging session invites participants to rethink what it truly means to create safety at work—cultures where people feel comfortable showing up, speaking up, and staying. Because when employees feel safe, seen, and supported, they bring their best to their work.
Drawing from Jennifer’s lived experience and her signature frameworks, I Got Me™ and GET REAL™, this session breaks down what it takes to build psychological safety, model healthy boundaries, and lead with both clarity and care. Attendees will leave with actionable strategies they can apply immediately—whether they’re leading teams, navigating change, or striving to align their leadership with their personal values in demanding environments.
Participants will:
- Understand the role psychological safety plays in engagement, performance, and retention.
- Explore how empathy, respect, and boundaries contribute to high-trust workplace cultures.
- Identify simple, practical practices that encourage open communication and genuine connection.
- Recognize how self-leadership directly impacts team morale and effectiveness.
- Leave with tools to lead with greater clarity, alignment, and trust.
Presented by Jennifer Meyer
Jennifer Meyer is a leadership speaker and consultant who equips organizations to build trust-based, high performing cultures by developing self-led leaders. Her signature I Got You model connects well-being with leadership capacity through three states of self-leadership: Being, Doing and Belonging.
With a background in learning and development, project management, coaching and lived experience as a parent to a neurodivergent child, Jennifer blends practical psychology, real-world empathy and intentional action. She challenges audiences to consider their life and leadership, regulate their presence, and lead others from grounded alignment.
When leaders can say I got me, they finally have the capacity to say to their people- I Got You.
