Hilton Garden Inn

Directions
In today’s workplace, employee engagement and performance hinge on two critical leadership pillars: Support and Leadership. Join us for an interactive session exploring these pillars through the S.P.O.I.L. Method™, a leadership-centered framework designed to help organizations create healthier, more effective workplace cultures.
This highly engaging program begins with a brief diagnostic assessment and video presentation, giving attendees the opportunity to evaluate their own organizational practices in real time. From there, participants will take a facilitated deep dive into the Support pillar—examining how leaders cultivate psychological safety, trust, and genuine care—followed by an exploration of the Leadership pillar, focusing on accountability, intentional behavior, and authentic leadership modeling.
The session concludes with a practical, hands-on exercise to help attendees immediately apply these insights within their own teams and organizations.
Learning Objectives
Participants will learn how to:
• Assess their organization’s current support and leadership practices through a structured diagnostic tool.
• Differentiate between performative leadership behaviors and meaningful actions that drive engagement and retention.
• Implement practical strategies from the Support and Leadership pillars to strengthen culture, communication, and accountability.
