Move HR to the Center of AI Transformation
AI adoption is moving quickly, but purchasing tools is not the same as building an AI-ready workforce. In this practical presentation, HR professionals will learn how to connect AI initiatives to organizational strategy, assess department-specific opportunities and skill gaps, and guide adoption in manageable phases.
What You’ll Learn
· Build the business case: Position HR as a strategic partner in AI adoption, workforce transformation, and change management.
· Evaluate department workflows: Identify high-impact use cases, determine which solutions fit, and uncover the AI skills each team needs.
· Plan a phased rollout: Sequence AI adoption and training by department to move beyond isolated pilots.
· Verify value before scaling: Use straightforward ROI calculations to project time savings or profit potential and answer leadership’s business-impact questions.
Leave with Tools You Can Use
Attendees receive a practical workbook with an assessment templates, training-gap guidance, rollout-planning advice, and simple ROI calculations for evaluating proposed AI solutions.
Why Attend?
Whether your organization is exploring AI or already using it, this session will help you strengthen the program, focus investment on meaningful outcomes, and give leadership a clearer path from experimentation to scalable adoption.
Presented by Peter Edwards of Pulse Change Management

Pulse Change Management is led by President Peter Edwards, who builds AI adoption programs for organizations navigating the shift to AI enabled operations, not just buying AI tools. Peter operates as a Chief AI Officer, helping HR leaders, leadership teams, and IT enterprise platform teams identify the gaps in their current AI programs. Peter is supporting the city of Charleston creating an internal AI program. He has helped organizations as large as 3,000 employees build training programs around adopting new technology. He has supported clients including the Veterans Administration, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, financial institutions, construction companies, and healthcare organizations. Peter specializes in creating AI advisory councils and training programs centered on finding AI value, AI tools saving the employees time or returning a profit for the company.
Many companies task HR with coordinating training for their employees. Peter helps HR leaders to create an assessment of how to evaluate the AI training needs of each department. The assessment includes interview questions and a template to determine if the AI training your suggesting makes financial sense for the company. Most companies struggle to build an AI program beyond their initial pilots. Peter’s programs built from his MIT and organizational psychology background support HR professionals to scale their AI training programs across departments. Even if your current company is using some form of AI, HR leaders can use these resources to enhance their current AI programs.
