Speaker Bio:

Jackie Kohlhepp is the Co-Founder & Co-CEO of The Rez Rev, LLC and the CEO of JTK Consulting, LLC, based Charleston, SC. With a background in nonprofit leadership and talent acquisition, Jackie expertly builds innovative tools and creative content to help companies recruit and retain employees.
As a mission-driven Society for Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Licensed Independent Social Worker- Advanced Practice (LISW-AP), Jackie works with organizations to help them find and keep top talent needed to carry out their vision. Jackie has over a decade of experience working in the non-profit space as a social worker with a systems focus and as a talent acquisition leader in both the non-profit and for-profit business sectors.
Bringing a deep knowledge of human behavior and a passion for engaging employees at all phases of the employee life cycle, Jackie founded her first company, JTK Consulting, LLC, to deliver engaging workshops to leaders and teams to catalyze potential, leading to stronger organization recruitment and engagement.
In December 2020, she co-founded The Rez Rev, LLC with her business partner, Brittany Betit. Their app, REZREV, replaces resumes with video to get employers connected to top talent, faster. Jackie and Brittany have been invited to present their company at several pitch competitions and events including, The Lion’s Den DFW, Dig South, Charleston Angel Partners, and Stella Lab’s Women’s Fast Pitch. Rez Rev, LLC was selected to participate in the Harbor Entrepreneur Center’s 2022 Accelerator where they receive business mentorship, curriculum, and catalyzed support.
Jackie is a member of the Palmetto Society for Human Resource Management (PSHRM) and TogetherSC. A member of Charleston Leaders, she is part of the organization’s annual Gala planning committee and serves as a Southern Unit Representative on the National Association of Social Workers- South Carolina Chapter Board. She has also served on the South Carolina Community Loan Fund's Housing & Facilities Loan Committee since 2019. Jackie is a proud co-emcee at 1 Million Cups, an organization dedicated to lowering the barriers to entrepreneurship.
Jackie is the first recipient of the Charleston Digital Corridor’s Diversity Initiative Award and is a Charleston Regional Business Journal class of 2022 Forty Under 40 Honoree.
Jackie lives in Charleston with her husband, Ryan, and their fur baby, Rex, and enjoys kayaking, walking in Charleston’s beautiful parks, and drinking a good cup of coffee.
