Generational Differences in the Workforce

The objective of this presentation is to make attendees aware that there are now 5 generations in the workforce with each generation having its own strengths and workforce desires.  As we examine each generation, attendees should see the potential value of marketing their jobs in various platforms to attract talent. With the emergence of the pandemic, employees are now looking for different benefits in their workplace such as remote work options.   Attendees will learn about the work place desires of each generation.   The ultimate goal is for each attendee to look at their organizations potential for change based on their workforce generational needs.
