This presentation will focus on how to deal with employees who are out on leave of absence. The presentation will provide an overview of the laws applicable to employee leave – the FMLA, ADA, Worker’s Compensation, as well as discuss employer policies such as PTO and short-term disability. The presentation will provide a framework for attendees to analyze the problems. We will use real examples and include best practices and suggested training.
