With a background in non-profit leadership and talent acquisition, Jackie Trail Kohlhepp lays out the path to a committed, synchronized workforce that drives results. As a mission-driven HR professional and licensed social worker with a systems focus, Jackie has helped organizations for more than a decade find and keep top talent and ignite their inner spark to carry out the corporate vision. 

A Millennial herself, Jackie works regularly with people from every workplace generation, from Gen Zs to The Silent Gen. Offering expertise in human behavior at all phases of the employee life cycle from hire to retire, Jackie is passionate about building stronger and healthier workplaces, with workshops that focus on generational diversity. She established JTK to experience the fulfillment of helping leaders and team members communicate and collaborate using a multi-generational lens.
While exercising her love of serving others as a social worker, Jackie discovered an interest in larger systemic issues creating barriers to success. Her work solving talent attraction and retention problems for a school spurred the creation of JTK Consulting to help more organizations find and keep mission-aligned team members using creative tools and dynamic workshops.

Jackie and a partner founded The Rez Rev, LLC and have developed an app that reimagines resumes with video introductions, helping emerging job seekers get the edge in their job search. Now in its third year, The Rez Rev offers a full suite of career services, including career-readiness programming, workshops, and tools. 

A North Carolina native and graduate of Chapel Hill (BA in Psychology) and UNC-Charlotte (Master of Social Work), Jackie is a Board member of the National Association of Social Workers South Carolina Chapter. She is also a certified SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) and a Board member of Palmetto SHRM (Palmetto Society of Human Resource Management). Jackie is a new mother to a beautiful baby boy, Jack, and during her downtime loves exploring her adopted hometown of Summerville, SC with her husband and Jack.
