Sybil Stewart is a speaker, educator, and advocate. After spending almost 15 years in global DEI / HR, she now consults with corporations on the future of work. Sybil presents with research, wit and a little sage advice. She’s been dubbed “the gentle voice on diversity” as she takes executives and audiences on an informative journey to think differently about creating equitable workplaces. Her challenge to each participant: rethink and redefine professional.

Sybil Stewart received her Bachelor of Psychology from the University of South Carolina, her masters in Public Administration from the University of Alabama – Birmingham and earned her PHR in May 2018 (exp 2022).
Today, she is an Adjunct Professor at Shaw University School of Business and Professional Studies, and a Board member at Haven House Services (a non profit dedicated to giving youth their next best chance).

When Sybil is not serving as a speaker, she is a volunteer musician with the North Carolina Harp Ensemble.
