About the Speaker:

Lauren Mason is a Senior Principal in Mercer’s Career business based out of Charleston, SC. Lauren advises clients on human resource programs for all levels of employees. Lauren's projects focus on employee experience, flexible work, total rewards and compensation strategy. In addition to her role as a consultant, Lauren is a solutions leader within Mercer’s Talent practice, focusing on driving innovation in consulting solutions around flexible working and employee experience. She is a frequent speaker and author on flexible working, and has recent press mentions in CNN, HR Executive and SHRM.

Experience
Lauren has been with Mercer for more than ten years. Recent project work includes:
•    Leading the development of a flexible working strategy, model, and policy for a major essential services organization
•    Leading the development of a total rewards strategy for a global organization in the hospitality industry with operations in more than 50 countries
•    Providing project leadership for a Fortune 500 global consumer goods company project which included development of a global job framework, comprehensive market analysis and structure development for all employee levels.
Prior to joining Mercer, Lauren worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate in the Assurance Practice.

Education
Lauren graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY and is a former Certified Public Accountant. Lauren is a frequent writer and presenter at various conferences and webcasts on rewards and human resource topics.
