This presentation will highlight the EEOC’s focus on AI as a “new civil rights frontier.” The substance of the talk will focus on AI bias and unintentional hiring discrimination. Specifically, we will explore AI’s introduction to the employment sector, its potential benefits, and the inevitable pitfalls of AI as it relates to discriminatory hiring practices.
