The Great Resignation; is this really happening? How do we navigate this new landscape?
Employee retention refers to the ability of an organization to retain its employees. When looking at this topic, it is important to consider a few things. What is the cost of our turnover? How does employee engagement play a role in employee retention?
We are moving into an era where millennials and generation Z are now our largest workforce population. How do we motivate employees across generations? How did COVID-19 change our employment landscape?
We need to understand why employees join, stay, and leave our organizations. Finally, we will learn best practices that are cost effective to hire, retain, and develop our talent.
