Presented by Dianna Sporcic, SHRM-SCP

•    Dianna Sporcic, SHRM-SCP is a Members & Community Director at SHRM. In her role she is responsible for overseeing the fostering and promotion of SHRM membership, educational programs, advocacy, and services focused on advancing the profession of human resources and creating better workplaces for all. 
•    Dianna has more than 20 years in human resources, specializing talent management and leadership. Dianna has diverse HR experience in hospitality, manufacturing, and labor relations.
•    Dianna spent almost 30 years with Hyatt starting in operations and then moving into HR. Her most recent position was Director of HR for Hyatt Vacation Ownership (HVO) who is known for the most luxurious vacation ownership resorts in the world. She was instrumental in the M&A when Interval Leisure Group (ILG) purchased HVO. She remained on as a highly valued and strategic member of the ILG HR team while still supporting HVO. After Marriott purchased ILG, Dianna joined ONICON Measurement Solutions. 
•    Dianna resides in St. Petersburg, Florida, is a member of the HR Tampa SHRM Chapter and holds a SHRM-SCP certification.
