The Performance Management and Learning and Development (L&D) functions are important enablers of individual, team, and organizational performance. Performance Management ensures that employee efforts align with strategic goals, fosters accountability, and provides visibility into strength and opportunity areas within an organization. Similarly, L&D empowers employees to achieve their goals by enhancing skills and knowledge and enabling workforce adaptability in a climate of continuous change.

Join us for an interactive discussion that explores the challenges and opportunities we face and generate ideas on how we can collectively raise our capabilities in these areas. Network, enjoy coffee, and connect with your peers in a small group setting at the Harbour Entrepreneur Center in Mount Pleasant!
