Richard Davis, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CLMS has over 30 years of human resource management and executive leadership experience. Richard began his HR career with Hill-Rom as an Employee Relations Manager. He has also served as Vice President of Human Resources for Valdosta, GA based Barnes Healthcare Services and Chief People Officer for SIB Fixed Cost Reduction in Charleston, SC. Richard was also an entrepreneur and formed HirePowerHR where he provided human resource consulting and executive recruiting. Richard currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for Atlas Technologies, Inc., a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) specializing in full life cycle support of mission critical, military Enterprise IT solutions to the United States Navy and Coast Guard. Atlas is headquartered in North Charleston, SC and has offices in Alexandria, VA; Chesapeake, VA; and San Diego, CA.
