In addition to her extensive professional background, Paula was an Adjunct Professor at Palm Beach State College and Florida Atlantic University. There, she brings her expertise to the classroom by teaching HR Essentials, SHRM-CP/SCP Certification Prep, and Executive Education courses in Human Resources Management, shaping the next generation of HR leaders.
