This session examines the role of "Forgotten Leaders" and their substantial impact on company culture, influencing employee engagement, retention, and productivity. We will investigate why these leaders are often overlooked and discuss how supporting them more effectively can positively transform the organization.
 
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
1.    Analyze the limitations of current leadership development and engagement strategies, including Executive Coaching and engagement platforms.
2.    Identify key factors that drive company culture, engagement, retention, and productivity.
3.    Develop actionable strategies to support "Forgotten Leaders," ensuring impactful personnel investments and a thriving workplace culture.

Jon Antonucci has over 20 years of leadership experience ranging from coaching youth sports to directing an international organization. His passion for developing leaders inspired him to begin SML Consultive in early 2023, where he empowers who he calls the “forgotten leaders” (front-line and middle-management leadership) to effectively engage with their teams via love-based, servant-minded leadership. 

In his rare moments of free time, Jon enjoys playing various sports, strumming the acoustic guitar, and enjoying the natural beauty of the mountains. Jon currently lives with his wife in Greer, South Carolina, USA.
